recorded at the loft in la jolla. having listened to 'angles' all summer, mJ was anticipating a gig of craftily arranged beats and lyrics from the pair known as dan le sac vs. scroobius pip. what she got was a lovely chat with the taller half of the duo, a public shun for standing in the bit of crowd that didn-t dance, and a front row seat to mr pip-s mad mic skill. photo: tom coles (11:48)
